Today..I'm just writing a little update to all that still come to this blog...not sure if anyone really does on a regular basis since I really only update it when I'm doing sessions. I hope to make that change soon...but only time will tell on that.
Lots of new and exciting things coming up in my world and...while I have a personal family blog that I share a lot of that stuff on...I want to start sharing parts of it here as well, since some of it really affects my love for photography...starting with the arrival of my new nephew that will be here very very soon. My sister has graciously given me the opportunity to be able to capture Baby Luke's arrival on the big day. Birth Photography has been a side of the photog world that has really interest me and while I'm usually on the other side of the camera in a birthing room :) (3 kiddos in the last 4 years) I hope that with this first birth under my belt that maybe I will be asked to share the beautiful moment through my lens with other families. What better way to explore this new adventure than with my first nephew on my side of the family :) If you can't tell...I'm rather excited for him to get here!!! Besides this awesome news I'm busy planning away for my son's first birthday party...yes, you read that right...my boy is turning 1!!! My does time fly when you are having fun :) I leave with you a few candid shots I have taken of my kiddos in the new year...some not the greatest exposure and what not...but to me it was about capturing the true emotions of these moments...as a Mom...I treasure every picture...not just the one's that are set up perfectly...actually I might treasure the "not so great one's" even more :) Hope you all have a lovely day...and please please please...keep checking in with me!!!
